Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us by credit or debit card is safe and secure!

All credit and debit card transactions are handled for us completely by PayPal or Protex using their own secure sites.

When payment is made by credit or debit card your Backing Tracks can be dowloaded when you get the order confirmation email containing download links. This will be sent as soon as payment has been received.

If, on the other hand, you have opted to pay in GB Pounds by UK cheque or Postal Order, the order confirmation will give instructions for payment. A further order confirmation containing download links will be sent as soon as the cheque or postal order has been received and has cleared our bank. This will usually take a few days.

Shipping on CD or Minidisc

Orders for tracks to be supplied on CD or Mindisc will normally be shipped the next working day after payment is received.
A shipping charge for this service will be included in the invoice.

Return/Refund Policy

Owing to the copyable nature of our products (whether downloaded or shipped) we do not accept returns or make refunds.

However if for any reason any of our tracks does not work properly please tell us what the problem is through the "Contact Us" section of "Help and Information" and we shall do our best to help you. If the track is faulty we shall immediately replace it without further charge.
