How To Order

1. Find your song: Search for the song you want - at any time - with the
Quick and Easy Search at the top right of the page. Enter one or two key words from the song title or artist's name.
For best results avoid using words which might have an apostrophe (like I've, your's, don't, shakin' etc).

2. Click on a Title: for details, other keys and to add to cart.

3. Click on an Artist: To see which titles we have by that artist.

4. Currencies: If you would like to see guide prices in a different currency you can switch at any time but payment must be in GB Pounds.
Where necessary your bank will convert this into your own currency at the prevailing rate of exchange when charging your account.

5. Previews: You can listen to the first 30 seconds of any track if you wish - to check the quality and key.

6. Change key?: Select another key if there is one that you prefer and then click the "add to cart" button to order. A star (*) after the key of any track indicates that it is available in one or more other keys.

7. Search again: If you want to look for another track another track simply search for it or click on "continue shopping" and repeat the above process.

8. Checkout: When you have added all your tracks to the cart click the "checkout" button.

9. Your account: Log in to your Customer Account if you have one. Otherwise you are recommended to create a new account to gain the benefits this can bring. You can, however, place an order without having an account if you prefer.

10. AudioCD or MiniDisc: You can add shipment of your order on AudioCD or Minidisk during checkout under "Delivery Information and Shipment Method Selection" where the charges will be shown. Shipment is usually the same day or next next working day by airmail (or 1st class post in the UK).

11. Payment: Select a payment method and complete your order.

12. Download: If links are shown, you can download your tracks and lyrics straight away from the Order Confirmation Page. Otherwise, please wait two or three minutes for the order confirmation email to arrive.

13. Order Confirmation email: As soon as you order has been processed we shall send you an email confirming details of your order and also containing download links for your tracks and available lyrics.

14. Subsequent downloads: You can download your tracks as many times as you like for up to 30 days from purchase, using the links on the order confirmation email.

15. Any problems?: If you have any difficulty at all please let us know straight away using the contact button on the website and we shall respond as quickly as we can. We want you to be completely satisfied.
